The Week of No, I’m Not Finishing This Book

Last year I made a conscious effort to drop books that I didn’t like, or didn’t engage with, or that just didn’t click with me. By the end of the year, I counted 16 books that I decided to drop without finishing.

This year, so far, I was a bit surprised because I had finished every book I had started… until this week.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m head down in full job hunting mode, or just because of bad luck or unfortunate selections on my side, but this week I’ve started (and decided not to finish) 7 books.

So, in order to break the streak, I decided to go back to my comfort genre, and just started Lehrter Station :)
