This is a list of things I’ve read in the last week, related to work, that caught my attention.

• SwiftUI Fundamentals by Natalia Panferova.
• From Whine to Win: Transforming Complaints into Actions. We are great at communicating frustration, not so great at communicating exactly why we are frustrated. I like the approach suggested to start digging towards the actual source of people’s frustrations.
• 3 Buckets of Work TimeA way to see the time split for a tech lead or eng manager
• Crafting A Standout Leadership CV: A Comprehensive Guide Lena Reinhard with a great post about resumes. Pretty timely.
• Senior Developer Skills in the AI Age: Leveraging Experience for Better Results Sharing this one without comments.
• Writing C for cURL. Self-explanatory.
• The Precise Language Of Good Management Yes. So much of this. Never avoid difficult conversations, never leave room for interpretation.
• The Power of Defining the ProblemIn my experience, getting a group of people to agree that we have a problem is always the first step towards solving said problem.
