An outspoken women’s right activist is being stalked. A serial killer is taking his first steps into the business of killing people. Both stories will eventually intertwine.
I found the book a bit boring at times, but the bad guys are really bad. In this time and age, it is great to clearly identify the bad guys, so this one gets four stars.
