Leading the Unleadable

I don’t pot much about work stuff, because by definition it’s not fun, but this is one of the books that have impacted me the most in the last few months, for content like this

The exceptional leader looks at all the problems and obstacles he faces.

He thinks about what the common denominator is for all those problems.

He looks in the mirror and smiles because he knows that common denominator is him.

The language in the book is way more inclusive than what the quote above suggests.
